Fantasy Take: Leafs Land Roslovic

The Leafs' first signing today was adding Jack Roslovic on a two-year deal worth $4 Million per season, and it doesn't appear that they're done, with Dobber covering the other big splash.
What the Leafs Get:
The Leafs get a 45-point player, and you can take that to the bank, regardless of ice time, linemates, or other circumstances. He has been close to a 45-point player each of the last five seasons across four different teams. Roslovic is a streaky player, but he always seems to finish around that 45-point-pace when the season is done. With the Leafs, he will probably end up slotting in the top-six o start, but will have slower streaks when he's shuffled down the lineup as well.
In Edmonton Roslovic was lined up with Leon Draisaitl for his most first half, and whil he started well a cold streak pushed him down the lineup. Now in Toronto who also has some solid star power up at the top of the lineup, Roslovic could be in for a similar hot start. If you own him though, it might be best to sell him as a 50+ point player sometime before December, when he's liable to have either started slow, or be beginning to cool off.
Roslovic should also help the second power play unit, but likely won't be close to sniffing time with the first unit in Toronto. His cap hit and playing style (at both wing and center) should fill in the Max Domi hole quite nicely – which again points to Domi being out for an extended period, and not just the start of the season.
