The Dispatch is reporting that Filatov's work visa is nearly ready and that he is expected to arrive in North America by the weekend. He has a strong chance of winning a roster spot and he will be a star. While his "downside" is certainly lower than the one forward drafted ahead of him (Stamkos), I believe his "upside" is in fact higher. His immediate impact will be anywhere from 30 to 65 points. A wildcard with great potential payoff.
