Sorry I missed last week’s article. I’m taking a vacation and doing a bit of backpacking in Europe and couldn’t scramble to get an article together. Hopefully you are still alive this week so that I can make it up to you.

Depending on your league settings you could be heading down a few different paths. Among them: those who are gunning for a money spot in Roto leagues, or those in the playoffs for H2H leagues. If you are in a tight league where every little stat matters, making the smart adds/drops could definitely determine whether you are the league champion or just another one of the nine to 13 disappointed losers in your fantasy pool. .

We’re turning the final corner of the fantasy season and depending on your league settings you could be heading down a few different paths. Let’s look at those who are gunning for a money spot in Roto leagues, or those entering the playoffs in H2H leagues. If you are in a tight league where every little stat matters, making the smart adds/drops could determine whether you are the league champion or just another one of the 10 or 12 disappointed losers.

Following along the same footsteps as my Eastern counterpart, welcome to the final of three parts looking at Western Conference teams games remaining and subsequent fantasy breakdown.

All NHL teams have between 19 and 22 games remaining in the regular season. But not all games are created equal. For the shrewd fantasy owner, there is opportunity here.

Still mostly quiet on the trade front, as we enter into the final quarter of the fantasy season. Following along the same lines as the last three weeks, we’ll conclude the series this week by analyzing the potential trade candidates of the Sharks, Blues and Canucks.

A couple of big news items happened this past week with Ken Hitchcock being fired in Columbus and the Flames continuing their reformation project by unloading Olli Jokinen being two of the biggest changes. We’re heading into the last week before the Olympic trade freeze, which should result in a few more deals coming into fruition in the next few days. This week we’ll take a look at all of the potential trade candidates from the Kings, Wild, Predators, and Coyotes perspective.

Last week’s article touched on the possibility of two Flames being moved at the deadline, and boom three blockbuster deals came into fruition last week which involved two of the players that I mentioned. Let’s see if this week I can find a few more movers and shakers for my fellow Dobberities.

The trade deadline is fast approaching, so I figured now might be a good time to take an in depth look at each of the Western Conference teams to see who might be have the possibility of changing addresses at the trade deadline on March 3rd. This week we’ll examine all of the players in Anaheim, Calgary, Chicago, and Colorado to see what could be in store for them come deadline time.
