Breaking down players to put into your DFS lineup, whether it’s DraftKings, FanDuel, Yahoo, Fantrax or anyone else – we got you covered
The regular season is behind us, and it’s time to shift focus to playoff picks, and yet still maximize winnings in your DFS each night. Basic strategies first, and keeping with my usual scheme of a team to stack, a player to highlight, and a can’t miss (??) goalkeeper. STACK: It’s offense, baby - and [...]
The final Thursday of the regular season is upon us and it presents one of the last opportunities of the year for a slate with more than five games. Using Dobber Hockey’s new DFS subscription service (link below) and this article, let’s try to piece together a lineup that ends the season on a high [...]
The last week of the regular season has NHL teams in various stages of competition. Some, like Calgary, are fully clinched into their playoff spot, and could even give Jacob Markstrom an extra night off. Others, like Dallas, Nashville, and Vegas are more desperate with each game played. A DFS play ignoring these nuances is [...]
It is hard to believe we’ve reached this point of the year already but this is the last Saturday slate of the regular season. With the exception of a meaningless Seattle-Winnipeg makeup, the season will wrap up next Friday. That doesn’t mean the end of DFS though, as there will be contests running throughout the [...]
The days of the 2021-2022 season are dwindling and Thursday presents us with one of the last double-digit game slates of the year. For those in their league finals (I squeaked through one on a tiebreaker), best wishes! Dobber’s [...]

As a reminder, we’ve recently launched our own DFS subscription service, complete with our lineup optimizer and currently [...]
Tough start in your week in your fantasy? Don’t let that ruin your DFS bets. You only need to hit a few winners, then avoid the disasters. GO FOR: Calgary vs. Seattle. Sure, Gaudreau (DraftKings $7600, Yahoo $32) will be expensive, but as your #1 center Elias Lindholm (DK $7000, Y $31) is an equal [...]
Dobber Hockey has officially entered the DFS space which if in case you missed it, our DFS subscription service, complete with our lineup optimizer, launched this week. Another Saturday and another 4-3-1 stack taking home the $10,000 first place prize in the DraftKings KickSave contest. This has been the trend over the past few weeks if you’re a regular reader of this article. Last week’s lineup was an Auston Matthews, Mitch Marner, Michael Bunting, and Morgan Rielly four-player Leafs stack featuring that [...]
