Every season begins with a few players who exceed all expectations. The trick is determining which players can keep it up and which ones are flashes in the pan. Last season saw J.T. Miller and Travis Konecny get off to hot starts and keep it up, while Evander Kane and Nick Schmaltz slowed down. It’s [...]
Every Sunday, we’ll share 21 Fantasy Rambles from our writers at DobberHockey. These thoughts are curated from the past week’s 'Daily Ramblings'. Writers/Editors: Ian Gooding, Michael Clifford, Cam Robinson, and Dobber […]
If you are in keeper or dynasty leagues, “thirty” is a bad word. Owners will sell off players for pennies on the dollar because they are on the brink of decline. A lot do. There is intelligence to this mindset, but it has limits. Owners spend countless amounts of time searching for that next breakout [...]
Welcome back to The Journey. For those who caught last week’s article, where I addressed a few goalie prospect pickup options, I hope you placed a bid on one of the listed names and enjoyed some fantasy benefits during the week. The Top 200 Cap League Skater rankings are a pet project of mine that I started in 2019, and though the rankings are constantly evolving, some of the results continue to surprise me. The latest iteration (linked at the beginning) was published on Monday. This week I’m going to dive into a few unexpected players [...]
