In this week’s Eastern Edge, we’ll discuss players who had strong showings in 2021. We’ll be looking at regular season stats from this past calendar year (i.e. January 1st, 2021 to December 27th, 2021). As such, it’s worth highlighting that this year-long sample includes games from both last season – where we only saw divisional [...]
Given that a COVID shutdown in addition to the regularly scheduled Christmas shutdown means that hardly any games have been played since the last iteration of this column, let’s take another look at some top even-strength lines that can help fill some holes in your roster for the upcoming week or two. Once again, be [...]
I wrote a column about goalies in the West in early November here and thought I would re-visit how each team’s goalies did in December and how the splits are trending compared to then. There have been some big swings on some teams due to injuries and/or performance. Hopefully, games will be back on the [...]
One of the busiest times for any store post-Christmas is when they start allowing gift returns. The lineups are always insane as shoppers look to return those unwanted items or toys that broke almost as soon as they started being used. [...]
Given the (now extended) break this week there isn’t really a need to touch on streaking players or deployment changes so we are going to take this opportunity and look at how things have changed over the year to date. Last week we reviewed big deployment changes, but this week it is all about production [...]
