Welcome back all! Week 1 is in the books and we’re officially off and rolling. Ah, the 12-game slates followed by slates where there’s only three games that all start at 6:00 Central, so we’re back everyone. I would like to touch on a couple housekeeping items before diving in this week. First are apologies [...]
Before I start on the usual fantasy hockey discussion, Dobber shared some tough news earlier in the day. https://twitter.com/DobberHockey/status/1715022525904609534 It’s not easy to find the right words when something like this happens. When Dobber phoned me earlier to deliver this unfortunate news, all I could say is that I was sorry and that I hoped [...]
As teams are starting to find their rhythm, fantasy hockey managers should be doing the same. While it's easy to get caught up in the excitement of the new season, it's crucial to remember that each decision you make now can have a lasting impact on your fantasy team's success. This week, we're diving deep [...]
Welcome back my Salary Cap-friendlies! I hope everyone is enjoying this very young NHL season thus far and is well on your fantasy club(s). Week one can be a tough overaction because of the short week, but if there’s one piece of advice, I can give is that if you like your team, roll with [...]

If you ever need injury updates for a specific player, shoot me a message on [...]

Next week it should be back to business as usual. This is the perfect time though to remind ourselves to use good judgment in making decisions, [...]

Evgeni Malkin looks engaged and dangerous, Sidney Crosby looks as timeless as always, and having a lot more depth [...]
In this week’s Eastern Edge, we’ll review early answers to power-play questions around the conference. We’ll also discuss how Kirby Dach’s injury affects the Canadiens. Early Answers to Power-Play Questions From season to season, with players developing, injuries emerging, and rosters changing, there’s always some uncertainty about each team’s top power play unit. With a [...]

This week we will focus on reviewing the first week of hockey for any noteworthy line combinations as well as highlight a few players who have good deployment and favourable schedules for the remainder of the coming week. Let’s dive in. Detroit Lucas Raymond joined the top [...]
